Vehicle-specific diagnostics, coding, programming and lawful module integration – from DME/DDE and EGS to CAS, FEM, BDC, FRM, DSC/ABS and KOMBI. In Vienna or, where technically possible, by confirmed shipment.
BMW and MINI vehicle electronics
When a control unit is replaced, the part, vehicle configuration and software level must match. We assess every job using the VIN, complete part number, hardware and software levels, and the available data from the original component.
Diagnose BMW and MINI engine control units, verify compatible replacements and carry out supported coding, programming or integration after lawful replacement.
Assess transmission control units and mechatronic applications, including supported 6HP and 8HP variants, verify replacement compatibility and commission them for the vehicle.
Diagnose access, start-authorization and body modules after a fault or lawful replacement and, where compatible, reintegrate them into the vehicle network.
Assess footwell, braking and stability modules as well as instrument clusters. KOMBI work is limited to verifiable restoration of the documented original mileage.
Assess additional-key, replacement-key and lost-key cases for supported vehicles. Proof of identity, vehicle and ownership is mandatory.
Carry out fault analysis, vehicle-specific coding and programming, supported CBS service functions and battery registration.
Modules and job types
This overview covers typical enquiries, not automatic approval for every vehicle. Modules that look identical may still differ by part number, hardware, software and vehicle equipment.
Broad series assessment
We receive enquiries covering many BMW and MINI generations. The series are a guide only; model year, platform, equipment, module variant and the specific job remain decisive.
* Typical enquiries, not a blanket guarantee for every model year, control unit, replacement part or function.
Ship a BMW or MINI control unit
Suitable control units and coordinated component sets can be shipped to Vienna after an initial assessment. Some jobs still require the installed system, every existing key or the complete vehicle.
Provide the VIN, model, series, model year, fault description, fault codes and clear photographs of complete part numbers.
We compare the original and replacement parts, hardware, software and vehicle equipment, then confirm the required scope.
Securely ship approved components or arrange an appointment with the complete vehicle at our Vienna workshop.
After the agreed work, we complete possible functional checks, coordinated return shipping or final diagnostics on the vehicle.
Shipping after confirmation
DME/DDE, EGS/TCU, CAS, FEM, BDC, FRM, DSC/ABS, KOMBI and other units may be required individually or together with coordinated original and replacement components, depending on the fault.
The vehicle may be required
Key services, synchronization of multiple installed systems, vehicle-wide coding and final functional checks may require the complete vehicle at our workshop in Vienna.
Please do not ship anything without approval.
We first confirm feasibility, required parts, the delivery address and return shipping for Austria, Germany and Europe.
Frequently asked questions
Every commitment follows a technical and legal assessment. We treat security-related and vehicle data as confidential.
We assess and handle supported cases involving DME/DDE, EGS/TCU including 6HP and 8HP, CAS, FEM, BDC, FRM, DSC/ABS, KOMBI, keys, diagnostics, coding, programming, CBS service functions and battery registration. The precise scope depends on the vehicle, model year and control-unit variant.
Yes. Suitable individual units and coordinated component sets can be shipped from Austria, Germany and other European countries after written pre-approval. Before dispatch, we confirm which components are required and whether the vehicle must be present in Vienna.
Compatible new and used replacement modules can be assessed, coded, programmed or integrated into supported vehicles. The VIN, full part number, hardware level, software level, vehicle equipment and data from the original module are decisive. A blanket guarantee is therefore not possible.
Depending on the BMW or MINI generation, CAS, FEM and BDC perform central functions for vehicle access, start authorization, body electronics and networking with other control units. After a fault or lawful replacement, we assess which diagnostic, data, coding and programming work is permitted and technically possible for the specific combination.
Yes, for supported vehicle and control-unit variants we assess DME/DDE engine control units and EGS/TCU transmission control units. This can include applications from the 6HP and 8HP families. We confirm feasibility and required components only after checking the VIN, part number, hardware level and software level.
We provide key services only for lawful owners or verifiably authorized workshops. Proof of identity, vehicle and ownership is required, along with information about every existing key. Depending on the model series, the complete vehicle may need to be presented in Vienna.
Where a KOMBI replacement is demonstrably necessary, we assess only the lawful restoration of the vehicle's documented original mileage. Arbitrary mileage changes, mileage reduction and any other form of mileage manipulation are not offered.
No. We do not bypass immobilizers or deactivate theft-prevention, safety or emissions systems. Our services support diagnostics, legitimate repairs and the lawful recommissioning of compatible original systems.
Typical enquiries cover many BMW E, F and G series as well as MINI R, F and selected newer series. Mentioning a series is not a blanket guarantee: model year, platform, equipment, control-unit generation and the specific job determine support.
Please send the VIN, model, series, model year, fault description, fault codes and clear photographs of every part number. For a module replacement we need details of the original and replacement parts, including hardware and software levels; for key services we also require proof of ownership and the number of existing keys.
BMW and MINI assessment
Provide the model, series, model year, fault description, and original and replacement parts. We confirm whether shipping is sufficient or the vehicle must come to Vienna.
