A suitable replacement part is often only the beginning. Vehicle assignment, software version, component protection, immobiliser, coding and final diagnostics must match the exact vehicle. We therefore assess every request using the VIN and complete part numbers.
Control-unit adaptation
Integrate, code and parameterise replaced vehicle components and, where required and supported, synchronise them with existing modules.
ECU, TCU & DSG
Assess engine and transmission control units, transfer data, adapt replacement units and define the necessary learning and adaptation work.
Instrument cluster & Virtual Cockpit
Replacement, adaptation, permitted data transfer and selected analogue-to-digital retrofits for compatible MQB vehicles.
Keys & immobiliser
Program replacement and remote keys and assess solutions when all keys are lost for compatible vehicles – exclusively after ownership verification. Depending on the model, this also includes car-key programming for Volkswagen/VW, Audi, SEAT, Škoda and CUPRA.

Suitable individual units and matched component sets can be sent by parcel once approved. We accept requests from across the EU following confirmation; shipments from other European countries are agreed in advance, including customs and return shipping.

Provide the VIN, vehicle, model year, fault symptoms, fault codes and clear photographs of all part numbers.

We clarify whether we need an individual unit, original part, replacement part, key or a complete matched component set.
Ship it safely
Only after written approval, package the parts securely and send them with the agreed job reference.
Checked and returned
After the work and checks, we arrange return shipping or an appointment for installation and final diagnostics.

ECUs, TCUs, BCM/BCM2, instrument clusters, infotainment and other modules can be assessed and serviced individually or as a matched set, depending on the job.
The vehicle may be required
Installation, protection & completion
Depending on the vehicle, component-protection adaptation, key programming, coding, calibration and final diagnostics may require installation or the complete vehicle at our Vienna workshop.

Can you remove component protection?
If this means proper adaptation after a lawful control-unit replacement, we assess the exact vehicle and module combination. Compatible replacement modules are synchronised with the vehicle. We do not offer blanket or permanent deactivation of protection systems.
Can a used VW or Audi control unit be adapted?
Many new and used control units can be adapted after a technical pre-check. Feasibility depends on the vehicle, model year, platform, part number, hardware and software version, and the available original data.
Which control units can be serviced?
Depending on the vehicle and control-unit generation, we assess engine and transmission control units, instrument clusters, infotainment, gateways, central and onboard electronics, comfort modules, climate-control units, immobiliser modules and electronic steering locks.
Can I send a control unit from Germany or another European country?
Yes. Suitable individual units and matched component sets can be sent from Austria, Germany, the EU and other European countries once the pre-check has been confirmed. Please do not ship anything until the scope and required parts have been approved in writing.
Can every job be completed as a send-in service?
No. Some data work can be completed on a shipped unit or a matched component set. Depending on the vehicle, component protection, key programming, coding and final diagnostics may require installation or the complete vehicle at our Vienna workshop.
Can you help if all vehicle keys are lost?
Solutions are available for compatible vehicles when all keys have been lost. A binding answer follows only after a vehicle check. Key and immobiliser work requires proof of identity, vehicle and ownership.
Do you support MQB and BCM2 vehicles?
Many MQB and BCM2 variants are supported. The exact scope depends on model year, platform, key generation and the installed control-unit hardware. We need the VIN and part numbers for the pre-check.
What information do you need in advance?
Please send the make, model, model year, VIN, fault description and fault codes, plus clear photographs of all part numbers. For a replacement, we also need the details of both the original and replacement modules where possible.
