Many people are looking for an “ACC camera”. However, this could mean two different driver assistance devices. That's why we check the part number and error pattern and assign the request to the correct system.

3Q0 907 572 and 3Q0 980 654 are just examples of device families. Index, software version and other numbers on the nameplate are important for precise assignment. Other part numbers are also checked.
Send-in service available
You can send units to us from anywhere in Austria and, by prior arrangement, from abroad. Collection or personal delivery can also be arranged in Vienna and the surrounding area.
Specify error pattern, part number and vehicle. Photo or registration certificate are helpful, but not mandatory.
We will clarify whether the device basically fits and send you the shipping or handover instructions.
The device should only be well padded after feedback and sent according to the instructions received.
The device is technically tested. The scope of the repair, effort and processing time are coordinated transparently.
After completion and functional testing, the device will be returned to you as agreed.
Repair electronics in a targeted manner
Each device is assessed based on error pattern, part number and condition. The pictures show typical device designs; the actual repairability is checked in advance.
